Mission of the Position
The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in building the pipeline for the sales department. This role is responsible for generating pipeline for Account Executives, testing new company messaging, and advancing the outbound strategy of the SDR team.
Tasks include making cold calls, sending cold emails, sending personalized, cold Linkedin messages, responding to inbound requests, booking appointments for Account Executives, and giving constant feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding the efficacy of messaging.

About you
You are detail-oriented and data-driven with a process mindset. Either you already have exposure to popular sales systems or are a fast learner, and you want to make a career driving revenue by doing things faster and better. In this position, you will work extensively with the customer-facing teams - account executives, sales engineers - and will be responsible for providing direct support to operations and sales leadership.

You will work with the sales, customer service and the core product development team and help design and deliver the professional services engagements and paid technical implementation for Rundeck customers. Responsibilities Include:
Hands-on experience with Rundeck
Ansible, Jenkins and/or other CI/DevOps tool set
Experience with container technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with either public cloud computing providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) or private cloud providers (e.g. GCP, OpenShift, Pivotal)
At least 3 years of operations/consulting/professional services experience
Measurable competency with application servers, scripting, and network infrastructure
Understanding of agile development processes and how organizations adopt and implement those processes
Experience with enterprise Linux environments (RHEL or Ubuntu specifically)
Travel- 75% (includes both customer and internal related travel)
Design and implement components, systems, and APIs for new features
Assess and fix bugs
Iterate and enhance the UX for an existing or new feature
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

About the Product Manager Role:
